What should I wear?
You will always be asked to wear white or transparent soiled tenis shoes to avoid damaging the catamaran's white surface and wooden floor. A wind jacket can be usefull too.
We highly recommend you to bring impermeable clothes, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun and wind.

The double hulled shape of the catamaran reduces the movement. Normal yachts tend to move more since they have only one. This is why it won't normally move that much, excepting when the waves go over 5 feet then there is no way to avoid the natural movement
Does the catamaran move too much?
Will I get seasick?
Every person reacts different to the sea movement, so it is hard to tell how you will feel. Nevertheless you shouldn't be afraid since there are easy ways to aliviate that feeling, some examples are: to eat green apple or soda biscuits during the sailing.
Consider having a Dramomine 30 min. before the sailing if you know you are too sensitive to sea movement.
Only children who are over 8 y.o. can sail on the DawnTreader. Kids are ussualy very active and need complete atention specially when on a reduced space like a catamaran. Each person is responsible for seeking the safety rules and parents are responsible for their own children.
Can children paticipate?
Sailing will be made rain or shine, the catamaran has enough covered spaces for you to protect while raining.
In case of a storm:

If you paid for a reservation at your hotel or online we will do our best to reschedule your sailing but the money will not be refunded.
If rescheduling your sailing is not possible, you will be refunded the whole value of the trip including the reservation fees if they were made by your hotel or a third party. If you made an online reservation the bank or PayPal transaction charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
